Kennel Policy
Hello! You are planning on becoming a customer! Congratulations! We will answer any questions that you have. This is just a good place to get a feel of what to expect!
We pride ourselves in training our puppies to your schedule. Please let us know what that looks like upon placing a deposit and we will adjust our schedule to match yours as best as we can!
*We vet check our pups and they receive their vaccinations from the Dunnville Veterinarian Clinic. Deworming is done bi-weekly until they leave for their forever homes. This is standard practice for our kennel and is advised by our vet to ensure optimum health.
*Viewings are welcome for choosing a pup, a six week play date, and an eight week pick up. We do not deny visits but to prevent spread of disease to young unvaccinated puppies require washed hands upon entry and before handling any puppies. Mom and Dad will be present upon visits as they were raised with us. To prevent stress on mommy, dad will only be available for a short portion on the visit.
*A $250 non refundable deposit is required to hold the pup of your choice. We do have a waitlist available in case the gender of your choice is not available currently available. A $50 deposit will hold your place on my call list. This is just assures me that my time is not waisted in the event a litter is born. The $50 will be accredited to the price of the puppy.
*Payment is do upon pickup we do either cash or e-transfer at this time. If paying via e-transfer send the e-transfer at least an hour ahead but reserve the password until arrival. This is really only for your convenience as occasional delays occur between banks. The puppy will not be released until after payment is received.
*Our dogs have never been returned as of EVER!!! Everyone has really been satisfied with their beloved pets. Our policy in the event of a sick puppy being returned looks like this (this is based on veterinary advice). No puppy will ever be returned into our home. Sickness can be contagious and to safe guard our pets yours may not be returned to our home. Any sick pup must go immediately to the vet. If it is a genetic issue or issue proven to be from our home we will refund you. However, and bacterial, parasitic, or viral infection we cannot trace and is likely picked up outside of our home, will not be refunded.
*Our 2yr health guarantee does not require a special diet or a vet visit within 48 hrs of picking up the pup. We take our pups to the vets to acquire their 8 week vaccines the day before they are ready for pickup. We guarantee our pets because we've completed extensive genetic testing on all our canine family to ensure the best of quality pups. So we guarantee our pups to be genetically clear of genetic defects.
